Faking Christianity
« on: December 29, 2007, 04:01:05 PM »
Has anyone tried this?  I am thinking it could be a good way of meeting new people.

No. But, I'd go to Catholic services.

Not to meet people though.
In fact, I HATED the shake
everyone's hand. Usually
found a place away from everyone
to sit.

You could apply to be a teacher in a catholic all-girls school.

I've gone to enough Catholic services as a child.  It is irritating that my whole family thinks I am a Catholic because I was raised that way.  I might go to a Unitarian church assuming that they aren't all hippies.

I met a church-goer a few months ago. She didn't believe in sex without love. I wouldn't recommend it, at least she was honest though.

Religion can be enjoyable.
Without it, we wouldn't
have such interesting things,
as the crusades.

I hate to admit it, but there are some hot chicks at my parents' church (plenty of them actually).    It is a huge ass church though, non-denominational and pretty much a hippie church.   There is no real fire and brimstone preaching there or anything.
:P   Internets are super serious.
