Nobody has posted about this yet so here it goes.
So is this guy a douche bag or what  I can't believe he is auguring with them about going back on board.  He is fucked the Italians are going to lock him up a very long time as desevred going by the evidence out there now.

On a side note this is  all I could think of when I listened to this  and if the guy speaking had a mustache

I think that he's going to jail too.

I don't know why he didn't stay on board the ship in the first place to help get the passengers off.  I think he said at one point that he "tripped and fell" onto the lifeboat.

He should just keep his mouth shut if all he can come up with is that.   They are looking for someone to blame and he is just making it so easy.  I wonder just what rights he has under the Italian legal system it got a lot of bad press with the Amanda Knox trial and I know it's different than here

His story is as full of holes as the ship. The ship might prove easier to salvage, though.

I love this true story of what happened after another cowardly captain bailed.

Those crew members were brave!  :pirate:

I hope you mean the entertainers, not the ones who ditched out along with the captain.

Correct.  Moss and Tracy Hills stayed till the end and were among the last lifted off
the Oceanos before she sank.  Excellent teamwork from them, Julian Butler, Robin Boltman
and anyone else whose name I don't know.  Thank god not everyone panicked on that day.  :viking:

Forget to credit cruise director Lorraine Betts, who also helped direct the evacuation of the ship.  :viking:
