Some women have issues with other women being naked

At work yesterday my boss had a talk with me in her office about some of my errors and one of them was standing naked in the bathroom. For god sake's it's a locker room.

i dont know whats makes this wierder spokane, you working at some place that has a locker room where people get nakid or your bosses office being next to the locker room

Her office isn't next to the locker room. The locker room is all the way down the hall past the cafateria.


I'm just shocked some women would have a problem with seeing other women naked. it's not like they're seeing a man.

No one had a problem with me sucking in sports. They were all cooing at me and telling me "c'mon Beth you can do it" and telling me good job and then keeping on giving em the ball till I got it right while others wouldn't get that privilege. That's what you get in small towns when you're in special ed. I felt like a little kid and they were the bigger kids and I was the little girl. Some aspies hated that treatment they got.

This would have killed me.

that I got.

being treated like a kid is worse. people used to treat me like i was completely thick in school.

Mom will sometimes do that to me, then 5 minutes later, my statements get me a, "Go to college."

when i was younger i let people tell me what i was capable of. and after several years of shit i started to believe it. so i didn't bother trying from then on and still got As and Bs. so if they'd just shut the fuck up with their bollocks, i'd have been left to do it myself and done well. or if i'd been sensible enough to ignore them lol

i've been patronized all my life. it probably took a big chunk out of my self esteem. as did the bullying. i just don't believe i can do much in life. i probably can't though. but i'm afraid to try.

i think all we need is the right kind of support. non patronizing, non judgemental. just treating us like human beings and supporting our strengths and helping us when we have weaknesses. then we could actually become "productive members of society". we have the potential to do anything but the world is shit. it makes it v hard.
