I've been to that Von Maur a few times when I lived in Omaha. My mom used to work there and knew some of the victims.

I'd never hear about anything.
No TV, and I don't listen to the
radio news any more, nor pick
up papers.

Only USED to find out stuff from
colleagues. Now, I don't leave
the house.

well i don't watch the news regularly, i hear about shit online. like here.

president bush was there an hour before. :o it's all his fault. lol wherever he goes, death and destruction.

No... I don't think so.

If you've never been to Omaha, you're not missing much. It's full of the kinds of people that make you want to go on shooting sprees in malls. I'm going back to visit family in a couple of weeks though... guess I'll get to see a historic site.  :P
