In the food court at the shopping centre today, I got one of those salads with feta cheese, cooked pumpkin chunks, rocket, spinach, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, and balsamic vinegar. It was yum.

Pineapple fritters are great. Crumbed or battered.

The ultimate is a sandwich....crumbed fish, salt vinegar/or lemon juice and a pineapple fritter....salty, sour and sweet all at the same time.

Not very healthy probably  :-[

Swedish meatballs with macaroni, Jever, oven fried apples with cinnamon and vanilla creme and last but not least two cups of coffee.  8)
