Absolutely! I love the scent of almonds...we have bottles of various liquid extracts to use in baking at the retirement home, and the almond extract is one of my favorites.  :)

Thank you! I love that stuff.  :thumbup: My favorite torte, from my local supermarket's bakery department, is essentially Boston Cream Cake with an added layer of chocolate mousse.  :2thumbsup:
