this is the annoying thing about tramadol, it stops you sleeping, just lying there out of it. hence my reappearance at stupid o'clock.

i've run out now anyway. might have to develop an annoying back strain. ;) (fuck it. if the quack doesn't give me tramadol, high-dose co-codamol will do. I can always extract teh codeine lol)

Caffeine calms me...
He's a weird one   my brother in law get high like he's smoking pot when he eats food with MSG in it  ???

It's not uncommon with Autistics apparently, that some chemicals have a counterindicative effect. One of my friends' brother is Autistic and his parents gave him coke (the drink) to calm him...

I am not going to dick around, I know what I said to you before was way out of line, and I am sorry.  I am talking about being sarchastic with confusion and AS dxs.  Melatonin helped me to sleep, before I was going by the knife draws and saying I want to kill my brother.  This was in my teen years, so you know there is a problem.  If something like that gets that far, the person is going off the deep end   As soon as I took melatonin and it stoped, permantely.  I stopped that melatonin after a short while, and it never happened again.  I was still chewing my mouth at night though.  I needed a wheat and dairy free diet to stop that, and I don't get mouth sores anymore now.  However, because my body is so healthy, just a drop of wheat cause an erruption.  On the plus side, health body can heal quicker, and is more alert to hidden food sources.

Yes, I have to keep MSG out of our diets. I have avoided it, myself, for about three decades, because of the smell, but I only recently (about two years ago) made the connection to the kids' dietary sensitivities. The shit is poison!

MonoSodium Glutimate ...

... a flavor enhancer, commonly found in prepared foods. Its actual function is to make one salivate, but it does much more.

Ever wonder why an old lazy fart, like I am, chooses to cook our own foods, mostly from scratch? Now you know.
