I need dark and light. Light all the time just makes you feel off. Just like sunny weather all the time makes you feel off - you need rain. You expunge the built up negative energy so the cycle can start over again.

I guess I like it best when ash falls from the sky. Which has only happened here a couple times that I can remember. And in Silent Hill.

we had a snow storm, running from the winter, into May.

It was our gaming night, so we were aware of it.

I need one of those lights too, but there's always something we need more. maybe someone will get me one for christmas. I just try to get outside for some time each day in an effort to catch whatever solar energy there is behind the cloud cover. and the escitalopram takes the edge off, but doesn't help with the sleepiness.  :-\
