The bill of rights first amendment was introduced only to prohibit the establishment of an state church, like the Church of England in UK by the federal government.

This intelligent design movement grew out of the US supreme Courts banning of teaching of creationism in the schools back in the 1980's.

Erm, fossil records, genetics and the behaviour of certain species that dont last prove evolution. The ID arguements got slaughtered in that video, the smoking gun was the textbook where they simply crossed out creationism and replaced it with intelligent design.

noone can disprove intelligent design. you can disprove creationism, that's different.

i don't believe in fossils as proof. there have been many different types of humanoids in existenze.

creationism is stupid design. the creationist think god is stupid enough to do all that fucked up shit they're talking about.

intelligent design is a blanket term for any conscious beingness that created the universe. it has nothing to do with creationism other than they took the term to use in their own silly schemes. :P

Proves selection (well - so far as 'proof' can be
applied to natural science). Frankly, I don't see
much to fault with the general thesis of ID. Pretty
much the same kind of argument that's used to
promote the very idea of God, to begin with. One
can't really claim that this could all happen without -
