It's also likely a photoshop job, at least the eyeball bits are suspicious, and the gloved finger being inserted into the vagina. Somebody's fucking with what are some probably perfectly innocent photos from a morgue. The flesh of the mouth doesn't even distort around the eyeball in the pics.

It's interesting seeing the layout of the internal organs, though.

That was pretty fucking brutal either way, no matter if it is fake or not.   I have seen many autopsy pics and videos before, nothing with necrophilia in it though.

A coroner could still do an autopsy before they cremate you.  You could also have a traditional funeral and a cremation, so you could still need to be embalmed and everything as well.
