I was once in my parents' front yard pulling weeds, and accidentally jabbed my fingers into a pile of dog shit that was hidden under some weeds.  I went inside and must have washed and rinsed my hands at least 20 times.  I would have done the same even if I didn't have OCD.  I don't gross out easy, but that was nasty enough.  (Tubgirl ain't got shit on my parents' dogs.)

My family has always cooked good meals, not unhealthy stuff. Constipation runs in my family. My BF has this too so him taking fiber pills makes him go more often.

Yes my mother dug it out ofme when I was 12. They tried enema but I wouldn't hold it in me so the effect didn't take place.

I drink water everyday but I never counted. I keep a water bottle in the fridge and keep it filled it with water. I drink water at work but its always at the water fountain. sometimes  go to the cafateria and have a cup of water if I am on a break.
