I can remember playing with my folded skin in my pelvis area when I was 5 and 6 and my mother hated it. She yell at me and make me wash my finger and sometimes she slap my hands too. I can remember the time I was lying on her bed when I was 12 watching a movie on TV and I was playing with my pubic hair and my mother was talking on the phone and she slapped my hand. I don't understand why parents are so bothered when their kids play with their private spots. I even heard toddlers get in trouble when they stick their fingers up their asses. In public it be a different story.
