I had Chinese take away this evening. White rice, chop suey (with chicken) and char siu (roasted pork in red sauce).

I had roast lamb with mint sauce, roasted potatoes, spinach and very yummy thick gravy.

Then strawberries and whipped cream.

  UK timezone being what it is, I guess that food is long gone now.

  I just ate a roast beef sandwich with tartar sauce on it, I was really hungry too!

Yestereve (yeah, not today, thus) I've made a soup and a pasta dish from just half a kilo of asparagus. A nice two course dinner, I tell ya. Probably the last this year.. for the (Dutch) asparagus season is over now.
