Turkey fillet (moist in-/crunchy outside), basmati rice with ring-sliced shallot, bl. olive and chopped into short pieces of green beans. Those, coated with ginger root juice and soy-sauce (out of wok/in the turkey 'juice' left there/continue frying it a tadski). This, with a simple salad on the side.. was my dinner this evening. Quite nice.
