Just ate 2 long slices of baguette with some smoked mackerel on them. Nice. (Um, that's all/woke up very late today so.. )

Heat is relative.  I grew up eating spicy Cajun food while living in Texas, two hot spots of cuisine.  My MIL couldn't even stand black pepper.  PA tends to take after her since he doesn't like spicy food. I've learned to season my food after PA has had his share reserved.
