Maple and brown sugar oatmeal with crunchy peanut butter for b'fast
Quarter pounder with cheese, french fries for lunch
Will make eggs, ham and garlic toast for dinner with a fruit salad.

Couscous, feta in filo-pastry, green beans, salad with cucumber, red sweet paprika, tomato, two kinds of olives. Some filled wine-leaves on the side. Served with a big batch of garlic sauce.

and today I had no appetite at all

I take insulin though so I HAVE to consume a certain amount of sugar



Just had a glass of milk for breakfast, and a regular pepsi at lunch

How nutritious.
