Microwaved scrambled eggs (first time ever, turned out good) and almost burnt oven-baked toast (I should get a toaster).
After months of eating pretty much nothing but chips and dip, TV dinners, and cup noodles... the stuff that I have now, that requires a little cooking skill is... much better!
Even just putting some jarred pasta sauce on freshly-boiled egg noodles (should have heated the sauce first or something) makes much better pasta than what any brand of TV dinner can do.
