Nothing.

I had some of that, but not nearly enough. Should have traded a couple of tacos for some nothing.

I made beef, bean, rice and corn tacos to go with the incredibly fresh,  absolutely fabulous, four inch long Jalapeno (Hotter than Hell! Gotta be South American!) peppers I found at the store last night.

YuM!  It is a rare thing indeed to find fresh peppers in January around here.

So you don't get sick of it now?

I don't either, but I know if I don't change things around, I might not find something else I like better.  Repitition makes us have less by making us miss out on something,  so I make sure I change at least something around.  I may still want what I orginally had, but I get used to the new thing and eventualy like it almost if not more than the other.

Red grapes, millet, brown rice, lentils, cabbage, red pepper, alfalfa sprouts, olive oil, and avocado pieces.
Millet is overall the most nutritious of the grains, and was the orginial staple of the asian diet, however it has a high glycemic index.   I put cinnamom on it, which is a source of chrommium, for blood sugar metabolism.   It taste so good together, and with the grapes, its reminds me of rice pudding, without all the junk.  Cabbage has vitamin u/l glutamine, conditionally essential amino acid, brain fuel, when blood sugar is low.  L glutamine is fuel for immune cells also, and its the l glutamine that is good for peptic ulcers.

Fuck, out of meat.

I have bee pollen capsules, rich in protein that a steak, 5-7x the protein of.  That plus the kitchen sink. :zoinks:

^If I ate like that it would be like not eating, mum would go mental at me for not eating and then I would starve to death.

I am not allergic to gluten so I can eat as much of it as I want. Yay for cereal and sandwiches!
