It was supposed to be pasta with cheese and ham, and some salami. It had mushrooms in it. :grrr:

No raw fish for me today.  I had ebi, which is cooked shrimp on rice, chicken teriyaki, tofu teriyaki, shrimp and vegetable tempura, rice, and miso soup.

Did the same, today. I was travelling and the McDonald's was the quick alternative.

It's ok in a pinch, but, only when needed!  To kill hunger pangs when there is no other alternative or when time doesn't allow a decent lunch.
