I ate a bowl of rolled oats, an apple, a chocolate fish, fish and vegetables, and orange, two kiwifruit and heaps of grapes.

Oh, I also ate fish and vegetables for lunch, and two servings of jelly and icecream.

That was the food I ate throughout the day. It isn't too much if you seperate it into three meals and snacks.  :laugh:

Good pizza is hard to find outside big metro areas.  I've had it Canada and it was nothing like what we have here

My pizza place is owned by an old school mate of mine, a real Italian girl. That pizza place is one of the oldest in Sweden, opened 1973.  8)

Today I had Greek salad in a café, though.  8)

I had chicken, corn and rice, but dessert was absolutely divine!

I made a crab apple tapioca cobbler. It was still a little too tart for the kids, even with two cups of sugar, but the adults love it. Kids ate it OK with ice cream on it.
