I knew a guy in collage who did that every day he'd take them by the handful all sorts of weird supplements.  He taught me who to take pills up till then I was awful at it but that year I had strep throat six times his advise came in handy

I found a killer deal on sunflower seeds, already roasted (I roasted them a little further to wake up the oils). I made sunbutter out of half of them.
