vegetable risotto (with sunflower seeds and cheese, O Man, so don't worry about protein), followed by fresh fruit: melon, pineapple, grapes, plums.

now here's a funny thing: i love eating fresh fruit cut up and arranged on a plate.  however, put it in a bowl, call it fruit salad and give me a spoon and i can't eat it.  how weird is that?
