I still remember the first one I baked him from scratch for his birthday.

I didn't turn it upside-down to cool and it sort of collapsed.

It still tasted good, though.

Fresh fruit and whipped cream is awesome with it.  I like to squeeze mine into a ball to condense it anyhow... :)  This one turned out really well though.

Had a banana and coffee.

My ability to digest seems to be back to normal, a bit quicker than the last few times.
