It was very yummy, and I still have another pork tenderloin marinating in the mandarin teriyaki glaze, because there were two tenderloins in the package.  Maybe I can make rice and some vegetables to go with it.

My daughter and I took my husband to the airport, then we went to the park, then to lunch at a Japanese fast food restaurant. 

She had gyoza, edamame, and miso soup and I had a "beef and vegetables bowl, served over rice."

I returned home to a marvelous German meat loaf today, served with steamed corn and feresh bread from a machine.
