I had mackerel butties. they was ace. my recipe for fish butties:
Ingredients: can of mackerel in tomato sauce
four slices of bread (Warburtons medium white for preference)
Instructions:
Lay out two slices of bread on plate. splash about two thirds of the sauce out of the can over the slices of bread, fork chunks of fish out of can roughly over the bread. distribute remaining sauce over the top. put bread on top, pile up, cut and separate from each other and plate as they may have got a bit stuck together thanks to the soft spongy tomato-bread. devour immediately.
Hmmm... I may try that sometime, but with rice bread. It is so fuckn expensive, $5.00 per lb.
