I still have not figured out the patterns, but they fed us at work again, today.
I was there by seven AM and did a good bit fo stuff.

I had nothing, untill after two PM and all the food was gone, everyone important was done, all the food was gone ... except for the plate of vegetables, which had only barely been touched.

Hmm ... I gobbled down a huge plate fo fresh veggies for lunch.

Oh, sorry ... it was a raw, salad plate with condiments in the middle ... broccoli, kale, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, cauliflower, celery, radishes, beet greens, spinach, carrots, pineapple, grapes and lettuce.

A peanut butter Sandwich for breakfast, plain. And a glass of skim milk. Then for lunch, two corn dogs and another glass of skim milk. And for Dinner, brown rice, two glasses of skim milk, and best of all, honey garlic chicken wings. And for a late night snack, a peanut butter sandwich with an extra slice of bread and an extra layer of peanut butter, and yet another glass of skim milk. Yum! :zoinks:

iseem to have developed the habit of eating one meal per day, again, but i know that's not healthy for those of us with reduced metabolism speed due to our age.
