Dry toast, about four thirty AM, A sandwich of ham and mustard about noon with some pickled peppers (Thanks for the suggestion, Lucifer!!!). I am starved after putting out so much effort at work, today.

Salmon and tomato sandwich.

Probably have a stir fry later - mushrooms, bean sprouts, noodles, chillies - yes i will do that.
