So far I've had cereal (Crispix) for breakfast and fish, chips and salad for lunch. Sticky date pudding and vanilla ice cream for dessert. I don't know if I'll eat dinner as I'm still full from lunch.

A protein shake for breakfast, pizza for lunch (it was the boss's birthday so she bought lunch for all of us) and broccoli and cauliflower with a cheese sauce for dinner.

I took a break mid coffee to eat a bowl of Corn Chex. Now I'm enjoying my coffee again.

A late breakfast after the gym - a cheese and tomato sandwich with orange Fanta to wash it down.

I also had a K-time blueberry and strawberry oat bar.

I had Weet-Bix Bites (berry flavour) for breakfast and two hot-cross buns for a late lunch.

Will be having homemade burgers for dinner as is usual on a Thursday.

The reason why Thursday was chosen was because Star Trek: Discovery streamed on a Thursday so that became Star Trek night as well. It's not currently on now so it's become burgers and Dr Who night.

That's because it is... little fun fact is that I was born in Kansas City, and I've had the Barbeque from there and liked it ever since...

Even though I grew up in Chicago Suburbs, a part of me is still in KC because of my cousins in that area.

My beginnings were in Kansas City, but my upbringing was Chicago area itself, which is probably why I'm fanatical about the Cubs.

Many people were born elsewhere before growing up where they called it home.
