Tonight I cooked up a family favourite, Cheeseburger Gnocchi. Toasted the gnocchi for about 3 mins per side in a tiny bit of butter and then put it off to the side. Browned beef with diced onion, paprika, cumin, mustard power, salt and pepper. When that was done I added a can of diced tomatoes with chilis, 1 cup beef broth, added the gnocchi back in and stirred it all together. Once it came to a boil I let it simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat, add 1/4 c heavy cream, stir well, then add thinly chopped scallions and shredded cheese on top. So good!
