D'oh well.
Made myself some 200cal snack packs so that if I eat too little, I can snack and it's portioned out. There's about 3-4 snacks in each pack, around 50-70 calories each. I'm sure everyone here is fascinated by this sort of thing.
I know my family is.
I feel sorry for them that they had to go through me ranting at them about the Paleo diet. I mean, since that diet I truly realised that diets were a load of BS. Then I discovered that calorie counting, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and always eating breakfast was the key to losing weight! But it's not a "diet", people. It's not just some completely random person writing another fucking diet book proclaiming to be an expert on fucking food and the human body, and trying to sell you their nutritional supplments at the end of their book. No. They're telling you, helpfully throughout the book, that you shouldn't go for nutritional supplements because they're all rubbish. See, you can buy
their supplements because they aren't like all the OTHERS. Oh, did I mention that THIS ISN'T A DIET?
Or heck, how about a "sugar free" LIFESTYLE, not DIET, that's full of sugar?! Isn't that an amazingly well-thought out completely STUPID IDEA that fools the masses?!
