pad thai - with onions, sprouts and lime juice. had store bought pad thai sauce but had to add a lot of siracha to make it hot enough.

Py was supposed to give me a taste of hers but she wolfed down the whole thing so I had to make another for myself.
I was going to have shitake teriyaki (restaurant made) for dinner but the bibimbap was too filling.

Nice idea for a fried egg.  Take a large onion ring and put it in the pan.  Break the egg into it and season to taste.  (I said nice, not great)
