My doc said the meds will make me lose my appetite and lose weight.
So today I had a yogurt, banana, strawberry, chocolate orange smoothie for breakfast. Probably fried chicken or liver and onions for lunch, and home made sushi for dinner.
So far I have lost 3 kilos on this diet. Thinking of adding more snacks.
Pretty sure the weight loss is from Montreal's lack of handicap accessible metro stops - much of it is three to four stories underground and only the deepest ones have escalators, and those often are broken. A little is due to rock climbing. I have another 5 to go before I am at target weight.
