The world's changed, and not
for the better. But, it happens
on both sides. People leave companies
too often, too. Used to be, one would
stay where 'twas good. AND the employers
would want to hold good workers, even if
the bottom line suffered at times.
Now, you can get a quick burst in earnings,
by laying off the people you're going to need,
a couple of years later. Sending the CEO's options
through the roof, and he too will be gone, by the
time the pain has to be felt. As perhaps will be the
investors who put him there.
Modern capitalism is BS.
