I love parathas, they nicely fill the gap when a naan is too filling but you want something to mop up with a bit more substantial than a chapati. We get packs of frozen uncooked (plain) parathas and rotis ready to griddle when we do our own curries too, I'm not sure if you can get them where you are as our supermarkets reflect large Pakistani/Bangladeshi communities locally.
