Cereal - Nutri-Grain. I don't mind it, I heat it up in the microwave on cold mornings.

Not nearly enough. A honey garlic sausage for breakfast and some pasta for dinner. Kids ate well though. I just didn't have much of an appetite

A bagel for breakfast and a bit of macaroni salad for lunch. Going to try and make a better effort at dinner.

Made chicken fajitas in the slow cooker which turned out really good. Chicken breast, bell peppers, red onion, diced tomatoes, cumin, salt and pepper. Cooked it on low for 5 hours and then shredded up the chicken. I like throw together meals that cook themselves.
