Sour jellybeans? ever had the 'jelly belly' brand of jellybeans? they come in MASSES of different flavours, and can be bought either by the flavour, or as a mix. Nicest brand of jellybeans I've ever had. Those are expensive but what to go for if you want upmarket, quality jellybeans.
I LOVE the banana ones. And the liquorice ones. The banana ones though with yellow color and little brown speckles, those are so damn good its hard not to eat the entire lot at once. Not sure how many different kinds there are, but more than enough to keep a sweet-toothed snacker occupied for as long as there are any left. You can mix them too to get further flavours which is kinda neat, and unlike the cheapo beans that are just sweet and flavoured with a bit of citric acid etc. and are all the same no matter the colour, these are a lot smaller, and packed with flavours. Delish, although pretty damn expensive. There are even spicy hot ones. I don't like the cinnamon ones though, but thats because I don't like cinnamon anything.
I just hope, that when I come to do my experimental synthesis of AP-237, which will involve the use of cinnamyl chloride it doesn't smell anything like cinnamon, or its hydrolysis product, cinnamic acid, I hope that doesn't either because concentrated essence of cinnamon flooding the lab would be less appealing than even the butyric anhydride, which on hydrolysis, will leave behind some butyric acid, the substance responsible for giving vomit its awful putrid sour rotting stink.
