I had cod for dinner this evening. Quite a big piece.. with a mix of fennel, carrot and (green) peas and Fr. fries on the side. Was lurvely, IIMSSM.

one peanut butter cookie (I don't actually like peanut butter cookies but it was in the morning and I was hungry)

My wife made a dish of "Johnny Marzetti"  set it in a Corning Ware dish

... and left it for us to put in the oven and make ready.

Ok, it was really yesterday, but I had a tuna poke wrap at a cafeteria that served sushi... and they had a special labelled canister for GF soy sauce alongside the regular soy sauce. I was very impressed.
