Had a home-made 'potage de champignon' (or a mushroom soup made from champignons.. and.. shallot, garlic, a 'white' roux, chicken broth, white wine, fresh thyme, parsley, etc.. ) and a fruit salad for dinner this evening.
Am now, as an evening snack/go figure/=not that many calories this eve's dinner had, eating 'from' a bowl of potato chips. Bottom (of bowl) is almost visible now.

Ate other food earlier in the day but cannot be arsed to make a list of them now.
I should though.. for there's a growing wish (say, intrinsically) to get a better insight of what I 'put into' my body.. trying to ex out food that aren't beneficial for my (physical) system and include, more and more so, stuff that is actually good for my body.
