Baked pinto beans, whole wheat pasta, creamy buckwheat cereal, green tea, salmon, and eggplant cooked in olive oil with tomatoe sauce.
A simple home-made beef stew. Well, as home-made as canned cream of mushroom soup, carrots, peas and potatoes can be. I did cook the roast beef last week.
