I bought a chicken for a big batch of soup, but it sucks!

It was discounted, but advertised as an "Extra Meat" variety. Don't ever buy one of these!

It is as tough as a wild duck. If you have never eaten wild duck, imagine chewing bungie chords. It has skin on it four times thicker than normal. It has almost nothing on its wings. I don't know how they built the breasts so big with no action in the wings.

The legs are meaty, but very short and they have wicked ass tendons in them, like a turkey.

I have never seen anything like this. I wonder if it is the result of some form of genetic manipulation of poultry.

Anyway, it made a good soup, but it was a bitch to get it off the bones and it took quite a while to cook to the point of being tender.

Extra Meat? No, fuck that!!! If I need more meat, I will buy two normal chickens, next time.

i will not eat anything anymore.

i ate tuna fish stakeys today. and potatos. and onion rings. or did i? :orly: memory crapped out.

I ate a banana and homemade pecan butter on toast with my cofefee at about three thirty this morning, carried a small sausage wrapped in a tortilla for lunch, but did not have time to eat it untilll almost three in the afternoon.

I had planned to heat it, but I ate it nearly frozen, because I was rally hungrry by that time.

II made spaghetti for dinner and it was toattally fab!
