Had an applle with m coffee, early this morning and a small bag of pretzel sticks at lunchtime.





My wife made a soup of beef and vegetables. I will eat well for dinner.

Played Mr. Mom, today. I'm off work. Let my wife sleep in. I woke up at my normal time (one minute to four AM) and turned off her alarm (hehehe) left the room quietly.  (I am expecting a return of favor .....  :eyebrows:)

Made eggs, bacon a steamed cinnamon apple and toast for the kids.

I had a piece of bacon and some toast with coffee.
