Well, not like this really..  :P  I used the term ratatouille in a broad sense.. as in a mixture of vegetables or in this case some kinds of mushrooms and veggies. The original Southern French ratatouille is different. With aubergine, courgette, paprika and shit. Vegetables I tend to avoid..

Started to feel better so I made a real dinner. Potato salad with tuna in it. I make mine a little different, more like Amish Potato salad, with mayonnaise, mustard, celery and eggs. And I add a lot of scaliions, water chestnuts and albacore tuna.

Stamppot boerenkool, grated cheese on top.  Evoking winter. :snowman:

With it, warm, home made apple sauce, and a simple salad of thinly grated carrot with lemon juice.

@ Penty.. Well, I don't have a job (I live off an inheritance I got 2 years ago) and basically have a lot of time on my hands. Plus I love to cook and know I should eat well in order to feel okay.

Hope you, others here, learn to cook a bit too (step by step). It's truly a great hobby.

Oh, that wasn't really that advanced a meal.

Eating some Skittles Crazy Cores candy:  candy shell around a chewy fruit-flavored center.  Not crazy about them.
