I made and ate a pasta dish for dinner. It was from a recipe out of my newspaper. With tuna and things.

Whirled pea soup, with lots and lots of fresh herbs from the garden.

Kaiserbrödchen with it. Nice simple and nutritious dish.

Oatmeal and peanut butter for b'fast
ham, turkey, bacon and cheese with lettuce and tomato sandwich for lunch
gigantic salad for dinner - lettuce, ham, turkey, carrots, broccoli, baby corn, sunflower seeds, black olives

Green beans, rice, and minced tofu spiced with bacon spices, ginger, shallots, garlic, mushrooms and almonds. Not a bad mixture at all. Beats all those prefab veggie thingies. And, it did not taste like tofu  :green:
