Yesterday I made a salad dish with pasta, snap peas, carrot, celery (< those prae-boiled properly), smoked mackerel, onion, tomato, cucumber, rocket lettuce, gherkin, crushed walnut, soft white cheese cubs, clove of garlic, chives, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Ate that cold for dinner then.
Made too much (like I cannot stop doing).. and today I added and mixed through some crab' meat out of a can, some extra garlic, salt & pepper to yesterday's leftovers and added some extra sliced tomatoes, grated cheese and some bread-crumbs on top of it and put it in the oven for p/m 20 mins. and ate that this evening.
