What I eat almost every day. A salad made of rice, tuna, sesame seeds, olive oil and raw vegetables, usually baby spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, red pepper, cucumber and onion.
Between the meals I sometimes have a bowl of miso soup and a few slices of sugarfree swedish hard bread with linseed without anything else on.
I also drink a lot of south african rooibos tea, red tea full of antioxidants but without any caffeine and everyday I eat a lot of dark fruit and berries like plums, apples and blueberry which has antioxidants similar to those in red wine but without the alcohol.
For breakfast today, like every day, I had yoghurt with almonds and honey.
A few hours before I go to bed I usually have a bowl of oatmeal/porridge made on water without anything on, and to this a boiled egg.
