Randy flooded his life with all this ungodly food that you couldn't get me to eat if you paid me and we tease him about it... but we are his family.  In truth, Randy was diagnosed with 3rd stage malignant melanoma which masticised and spread to his lymph nodes.  This is one of the most aggressive types of cancer and he very well could've died so whatever crazy things he did obviously worked.  Oh... he ended up in that mess from our mother dismissing his problems and calling him a stupid retard his whole life!  He does go overboard now but if you were knocking at death's door at a young age wouldn't you be obsessed with your own mortality???  Call him crazy, call him an ass, but don't call him a retard.

It helps reduce its progression, from what I understand. Cancer paitients are given specific diets.
