What you described was an extraneous body party that could lead to uncontrollable screams. Sounds like an appendix or wisdom teeth to me! :P

Got my laptop repaired (it's been out of action since early this year) for much less money than I thought it would cost.
Now I'm waiting on the order for my new mobile broadband to come through.
