I found a oak machinist tool chest with some tools in it in a junk pile it's a little rough but will be nice with some work

I ate rucola/rocket-salad from my own garden today.

Only a little, just the plants I culled when thinning out.

Tasted very good.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

Somebody added this cute little smiley today, and it's named after lutra!  That made me smile.   :lutra:

Socialised with complete strangers for 8 hours straight, no xanax needed, and found one our cats "Linus" a happy home. He went to live with an 82 year old British man who's wife was put in a nursing home in July and no longer knows who he is. But he visits her faithfully every afternoon to bring her a snack and a drink but he's lonely. Had cats all his life, since the first cat he got in 1933. His most recent cat passed away a few months ago at the age of 15. Now he has 3 year old Linus to come home to every day and the house won't feel so empty.

I went outside!
To understand this, know that I burn very easily and even before I burn I get a burning sensation on my skin. I turn red and peel after half an hour in the sun. It is one of the reasons I worked overnights.
Magnify this enormously due to moving to Florida.

Now imagaine that today I took something that made it possible for me to be out in the sun for 3 hours today with no sleeves and no hat and I didn't burn. It was extra vitamin D. I am incredibly happy not to be a vampire anymore.

I'm so happy that you found something that works!  Vitamins are awesome.   :2thumbsup:

Good success with a new feral cat. She's starting to respond to affection with a lot of growling, but no hissing or swatting or drawing blood anymore.
