I went to Berkeley and had a discussion at a store with an old guy from Tibet. I did some minor league troubleshooting for him to determine that a starter was bad on his light circuit in his display case so he gave me a little bit off of a necklace with a cross made of Yak bone. We also discussed some tenets of Buddhism, Christianity and Zoroastrianism and some recurring archetypes in religion. He gave me the title of a book that gives a synopsis of Tibetan Buddhism that I may order from Amazon. He is an interesting person.
