I FINALLY made a start on the piece of music that I'm trying to compose.
Apart from an abortive attempt at a fugue, it's the first thing I've composed since mid-November.

I found this on youtube. I saw The Outlaws, Peter Frampton, Santana and Lynyrd Skynyrd at a Day On The Green concert in Summer 1977 a few weeks before the plane crash killed three members of Lynyrd Skynyrd and one of their managers.

Yes, before basic training I had shoulder length hair, it was very light back then. Here is how it looked almost a year later. I am 3rd from right front row.
